• Revenue, commissions, or profits

Results vary based on market conditions, user performance, and external factors beyond Relnq’s control.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Misrepresent your licensure, credentials, or services

• Violate RESPA, Dodd-Frank, UDAAP, or any applicable federal, state, or local laws

• Spam, harass, or misuse leads or contact information

Relnq may investigate and take appropriate action for violations.

7. Compliance With Laws

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Relnq complies with:

• Real estate and mortgage licensing laws

• Advertising and marketing regulations

• RESPA, CFPB, FTC, and state regulatory requirements

Relnq does not provide legal, compliance, or regulatory advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, software, and materials on Relnq are owned by or licensed to Relnq and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify content without written permission

• Reverse-engineer or misuse the platform

Limited, non-exclusive use is granted solely for accessing the Services.
