No. You keep 100% of your commission on all Daily Buyer & Seller Leads.
How ofter will I receive Daily Leads?
Lead volume varies by market and demand, but our goal is to provide a consistent flow of opportunities to help agents grow their business daily.
Are Daily Leads exclusive?
Lead availability may vary by market, but Relnq is committed to providing high-quality opportunities to participating agents. Daily Leads go out to each agent in that market, the first agent to claim the lead, it becomes exclusive.

What is a Live Transfer Lead?
A Live Transfer Lead is a motivated buyer or seller who is connected directly to you by phone. Instead of receiving a name and phone number to call later, you speak directly with the prospect in real time.
What makes Live Transfers Different?
Live Transfers eliminate much of the delay associated with traditional lead generation. You are connected directly with a prospect who is ready to have a conversation now.
What is the referral fee?
Live Transfer Leads are subject to a 30% referral fee only if the transaction closes. No closing = no referral fee.
When is the referral fee due?
The referral fee is only paid after a successful closing. There are no upfront referral costs.
What happens if the lead never buys or sells?
If the lead does not result in a closed transaction, no referral fee is owed.

Yes. Relnq is available nationwide. If there is a new signup and we are not currently in that area we immediately start generating leads in that area. This often results in a higher than normal lead volume for those agents.
